As USA Swimming’s Director of Physiology & Director of Sport Science, Dr. Genadijus Sokolovas (Dr G) has developed innovative training programs for Olympians and Elite swimmers worldwide.. His programs have helped Olympic gold medalists and world record holders including Michael Phelps, Natalie Coughlin, Dara Torres, Jenny Thompson, Ryan Lochte, Aaron Peirsol, Gary Hall Jr., Anthony Ervin, Lenny Krayzelburg, and Cullen Jones.
Having worked with 115 Olympic Champions and 15,000+ swimmers from 125 countries, he has now taken his extensive research and experience and created the Everyone Swims! Learn-to-Swim Program.
As National Director of SwimAmerica, creator of USMS's Adult Learn to Swim Program, and having taught over 2000 people around the world how to develop their own swim programs, Bill Meier has assisted Dr. G. in shaping Everyone Swims! using the most progressive methodologies available.

Dr. G. has developed drills that not only help with strength and balance, but let the swimmer practice the correct stroke pattern and timing BEFORE getting in the water.
The coach can correct the stroke in real time - "Don't push down! Fingers point down, palms push back toward feet!"
